About Bluezone Care
Quietly devoted to good care, since day one.
A CQC-regulated domiciliary care agency based in Basingstoke and Southampton — supporting people across Hampshire and Surrey to live well, at home, on their own terms.
People deserve to live well in their own homes, on their own terms, for as long as they choose. That belief is why Bluezone Care exists.
We began as a small team in Basingstoke with one mission: provide the kind of home care we would want for our own parents. Five years on, we work across Hampshire and Surrey — with Hampshire County Council, the NHS, and hundreds of private families — and our mission hasn't moved an inch.
We support older adults, people living with dementia, mental ill health, learning or physical disabilities, and anyone recovering from illness or hospital. Our team works with families, social workers, district nurses and clinicians to make sure care is joined up and quietly effective.
We're closely regulated by the Care Quality Commission and openly proud of it. Whatever brings you to us, you'll find a small, attentive team who measure success in the things that matter — safety, dignity and a smile.
Our mission
Empowering independence. Delivering excellence. Transforming lives.
We deliver tailored, person-centred care that promotes independence, choice and wellbeing. We work alongside families, advocates, healthcare teams and community organisations to provide holistic support — whether that's personal care, complex health support, emotional assistance or 24/7 arrangements.
Our services are shaped by the Care Quality Commission's fundamental standards, ensuring that everything we deliver is safe, caring, effective, responsive and well-led.
