Our Care Experts undergo specialised training in mobility assistance, adaptive equipment use, transfer techniques and accessibility solutions. We provide personalised care plans that address the specific challenges and goals of individuals with physical disabilities.
Practical support includes activities of daily living, mobility assistance, personal care, medication management and coordination of medical appointments. We also provide emotional support, companionship and encouragement to engage in meaningful activities.
We collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists and community resources to deliver multidisciplinary, holistic care — addressing physical, emotional and social wellbeing in equal measure.

Funding & eligibility
We accept clients funded through Hampshire County Council, NHS continuing healthcare, direct payments, personal budgets and private/self-funded arrangements. Our team will gladly help you understand what you're entitled to.
