About this service

Bluezone Care specialises in providing comprehensive and specialised care for individuals who have experienced an acquired brain injury (ABI). Our service addresses the unique challenges and complexities associated with ABI, ensuring each person receives personalised, compassionate and high-quality care.

Our Care Experts undergo specialised training in ABI rehabilitation, cognitive interventions, behavioural management, communication techniques and assistive technology. We deliver individualised care plans that support holistic recovery and well-being.

Services encompass cognitive rehabilitation, physical therapy exercise reinforcement, speech and language support, occupational therapy interventions, behavioural support, medication management and emotional counselling. We also provide assistance with activities of daily living, mobility support and community reintegration.

We work closely with rehabilitation specialists, neurologists, therapists and other healthcare professionals — and support family members with the education, training and resources they need to navigate the transition from hospital to home.

"Our caregivers provide compassionate support and encouragement while respecting the individual's autonomy and preferences — empowering people to regain skills, adapt to challenges and achieve their personal goals."
Eliphaz, ABI Rehabilitation Specialist
