Service
Health & Wellbeing Checks
Short, regular visits that quietly keep an eye on what matters.
About this service
A friendly Care Expert calls in at agreed times to check medication has been taken, monitor wellbeing, encourage hydration and flag anything that feels different — keeping families informed between longer visits.
These short, focused visits are ideal for clients who are largely independent but benefit from a regular, trusted point of contact. They're also a gentle first step into care for families who aren't quite ready for daily support.
Every visit is logged and shared through our secure family app. If our carer spots a change — a missed meal, a new pain, a low mood — they raise it early so problems are caught before they grow.
