About this service
When time is precious, where you spend it matters. Bluezone Care recognises the importance of providing compassionate and dignified care to individuals nearing the end of life and their families. Our service is designed to offer comfort, support and personalised attention during this sensitive and challenging time.
Our Care Experts undergo specialised training in palliative care principles, pain management, symptom control, communication skills and grief support. This equips them to provide holistic care that focuses on relieving pain, managing symptoms and promoting comfort and dignity.
Care plans honour each person's wishes, values and goals. We work closely with individuals, families and healthcare professionals — including district nurses, hospices and GPs — to deliver coordinated, gentle support that protects dignity at every step.
Beyond direct clinical care, we offer counselling, bereavement support and the coordination of services to help families navigate the emotional and practical aspects of end-of-life care and the grieving process.

Funding & eligibility
We accept clients funded through Hampshire County Council, NHS continuing healthcare, direct payments, personal budgets and private/self-funded arrangements. Our team will gladly help you understand what you're entitled to.
