About this service
Caring for older adults is a specialised service that embodies our commitment to comprehensive, compassionate support. Ageing brings unique challenges and varying levels of care needs — our approach is personalised, empathetic and focused on enhancing each person's quality of life.
Our Care Experts undergo extensive training in geriatric care, covering age-related health conditions, mobility challenges, medication management and emotional well-being. That expertise lets us tailor care plans to the specific needs and preferences of each senior client.
We support seniors with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders and mobility — and pair that with companionship, meaningful interaction and encouragement to enjoy the hobbies and social activities that bring joy and fulfilment.
Safety and well-being are paramount. We conduct regular assessments, monitor health status and collaborate with GPs, district nurses and family members so care plans adapt seamlessly as needs evolve.

Funding & eligibility
We accept clients funded through Hampshire County Council, NHS continuing healthcare, direct payments, personal budgets and private/self-funded arrangements. Our team will gladly help you understand what you're entitled to.
