Service
Stroke Care
Patient, expert support for life after stroke.
About this service
Recovery after a stroke is rarely linear. Our Care Experts work alongside speech, occupational and physiotherapists to support rehabilitation goals while taking care of the everyday essentials.
Stroke can affect mobility, speech, swallowing, cognition and emotion in different combinations. We tailor support to where each person is on their recovery journey, reinforcing therapy goals and protecting hard-won progress.
Family education is an important part of what we do — supporting partners and children to understand stroke and feel confident playing their part in recovery.
