Service
Learning Disabilities Care
Person-led support that builds confidence, skills and independence.
About this service
We support adults with learning disabilities and autism to live the life they choose — at home, at work, in college and out in the community. Every plan is shaped by the person, not their diagnosis.
Our team are trained in positive behaviour support (PBS), accessible communication and active support. We focus on what helps each person thrive — building daily routines, developing new skills and creating space for meaningful experiences.
We work in close partnership with families, social workers, advocates and community teams so that support feels joined-up and consistent, wherever the person is.
