Careers

Be the reason someone smiles today.

If you're warm, reliable and genuinely interested in people, we'd love to hear from you. No previous care experience required — full training is provided.

Care work is hard. We try every single day to make it the most rewarding job you've ever had.

At Bluezone Care you're not a number on a rota. You're part of a small team that knows your name, your strengths, the clients you click with, and the goals you're working towards. We pay fairly, we train properly, and we back you up when the day gets tough.

Whether you're starting out, returning to care after a break, or looking for a kinder employer — we'd love to talk.

What we look for

The right kind of person.

  • A kind, patient and reliable approach

  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
  • Good written and spoken English
  • A driving licence is helpful but not essential
  • Available for at least 16 hours a week

Common questions

Good to know.

I have no care experience — can I still apply?
Absolutely. Many of our best carers started with no formal experience. What matters is kindness, reliability and a willingness to learn. We provide all the training you'll need.
Do I need a driving licence?
It's helpful, especially for community rounds, but not essential. We have roles for non-drivers in town-centre rounds and for live-in work.
How are shifts arranged?
We discuss your availability up front and try to keep you with a regular round of clients. You'll always know your rota in advance.
Will I be supported on the job?
Yes. A coordinator is on the end of the phone 24/7, you'll have a named supervisor, and you'll never feel alone in a difficult situation.
