Service
Joint Replacement Care
Reablement after hip, knee or shoulder surgery — all in your own home.
About this service
The first weeks after joint replacement surgery are critical. Our team supports your physio plan, helps you move safely and gives you the confidence to return to the activities you love.
Recovery is rarely a straight line. We work alongside your therapy team to reinforce exercises between appointments, support pain management and watch for early signs of complications such as infection or DVT.
Our staged plan gradually reduces care as you regain strength and confidence — so you never feel pushed too quickly, or held back longer than necessary.
